What it is
ezē is a daily drink mix: 300 mg of magnesium citrate (71% DV) plus 4 g of dietary fiber from Sunfiber® in every 8.6 g serving, flavored like a bright strawberry kiwi. Each stick also contains DE111® Bacillus subtilis, 1 billion CFU. Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function.*
How to enjoy
Mix one stick pack into 10–12 fl oz of cold water once a day, before a meal or in the evening. New to magnesium or fiber? Start with half a serving. Don't exceed one serving per day.

What's in the box?
Thirty individually sealed stick packs. Each 8.6 g serving has 300 mg magnesium citrate, 4 g Sunfiber® fiber and DE111® probiotic (1 billion CFU) in a strawberry kiwi flavor.
What is DE111®?
DE111® is a specific strain of Bacillus subtilis, a spore-forming probiotic. Each Stick Pack contains 1 billion CFU (10 mg).
What is Sunfiber®?
Sunfiber® is partially hydrolyzed guar gum, a soluble dietary fiber from the guar bean. Each serving gives you 4 g of fiber — 14% of the Daily Value, which makes ezē a good source of fiber.
Will it upset my stomach?
We designed ezē to be enjoyed gently: one serving in a full glass of cold water, before a meal or in the evening. Magnesium may cause loose stools in some people — if you're new to magnesium or fiber, start with half a serving.
Is it a laxative?
No. ezē is a dietary supplement with no senna and no stimulant laxatives. Magnesium is a mineral your body uses every day — it supports normal muscle and nerve function.*
How sweet is it?
Think bright strawberry kiwi, not candy. It's naturally flavored and sweetened with stevia and monk fruit — about 10 calories per serving.
Will it break my fast?
At roughly 10 calories per serving, most people are comfortable fitting ezē into their routine — but that call is yours (or your practitioner's).
Can I drink it while pregnant or on medication?
Please talk with your doctor first — they know your situation best. If you take antibiotics or osteoporosis medication, take ezē at least 2 hours apart.
